Kelli’s career began as a CPA for Ernst & Young in Manhattan. Working several years on the audit side of the business, she analyzed corporate financials to ensure compliance with GAAP. She broadened that experience base to include expertise in direct mail marketing, telemarketing and database management through years of working in the Finance departments of several national Republican fundraising organizations including the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee in Washington DC.

Today as a licensed real estate professional in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she merges her vast skills into a single focus: real estate. In her practice of real estate, Fishbein specializes in commercial property purchases and sales and investment real estate, helping clients analyze their use and investment decisions, maximize their wealth, and legally minimize the tax consequences of the transaction. She works collaboratively with clients and their CPAs to guide them through the 1031 Exchange process to secure a successful exchange.

Additionally, Kelli has a thriving residential real estate business which focuses on the traditional buying and selling of primary residences specializing in helping people in transition with their real estate decisions. This typically relates to estate planning and divorce. She is a trusted advisor, a practiced negotiator and a skilled property finder. She is well known for terrific customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.
