Nima Moridi is a Director of Investment Sales with Capital Rivers Commercial in the Sacramento office, specializing in multifamily and retail investment sales throughout the Sacramento Metro and Bay Area markets.

With over a decade of real estate brokerage experience, Nima has built his reputation on persistence, strategy, and trust. He focuses on helping investors identify opportunities that align with their financial goals, whether that involves transitioning out of management-intensive assets or pursuing more passive income through 1031 exchanges. In addition, he is known for his clear communication, strong attention to detail, and solutions-oriented mindset. Outside of his brokerage work, Nima is involved with several industry and community organizations, including ICSC and ACRE, and currently serves as President of the Folsom Lake Rotary Club.
